For medical malpractice and major accident cases there is no charge for your initial consultation. If we accept your case, we will charge a fee based on a percentage of the recovery obtained through trial or settlement. You will be provided with a written contract explaining our relationship before we start working on your behalf.

For other types of cases, fees vary depending on the type of case.

It is our belief that this is YOUR case. We will work closely with you and keep you informed.

Costs:

Under the Code of Professional Responsibility (Rule 1.8(e)), we are required to notify you that you are responsible for the payment of expenses regarding your case. These expenses include bills for copies of medical and other records, from expert witnesses and court reporters, plus an interest charge for any unpaid expenses as explained in the fee agreement. There may be other charges as necessary, but we will always get your approval before we incur them.

We will keep you updated on all costs and expenses.

We have an experienced staff and we work as a team. One of us is usually available to answer your questions or concerns.
